  • College degree not always required but recommended; equivalent training necessary, especially in production-related areas.

  • Instrument Making and Repair:

    Approximate Salary Ranges:
  • Instrument Maker $15,000-$65,000/year
  • Instrument Repair Technician $9-$55/hour
  • Piano Tuner $15-$60/hour
