Point Loma Nazarene University (Point Loma Nazarene University - Department of Music)
PLNU students and faculty are constantly performing for and interacting with the larger community. Their Concert Choir and Concert Band tour to churches and other venues within our region, Point Loma Singers and the Jazz Band have performed for many church and community groups, our Choral Union and Chamber Orchestra have performed Handel’s Messiah for thousands, and school groups have been audiences for performances of opera and musical theater. In addition, our distinguished faculty continue to present master classes and workshops to local, regional and national groups.
