Methodist College (Methodist University - Department of Music)
Methodist University offers Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Education and Applied Music (voice or piano). The College also offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. In cooperation with the Reeves School of Business, the Music Department offers a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Arts Management. Students are also able to complete an Associate of Arts degree in Music or to combine a minor in Music with other college degrees. The department's performance ensembles are open to all Methodist University students, regardless of major. A variety of scholarship opportunities are available. The Department of Music offers opportunities for woodwind, brass, strings, percussion, and rhythm section players.
