Mansfield University (Mansfield University - Music Department)
Mansfield was the first Pennsylvania state institution to grant a certificate to teach music, and has a long, rich tradition of music excellence. The Music Department has 20 faculty members and a student body of about 200 majors. The department is a member of the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), approved through the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA), and the NAMM Affiliated Music Business Institutions.
