Limestone College

The Bachelor of Arts in Music provides a broad base for a number of careers in music, but is primarily intended as preparation for graduate study.
The Bachelor of Arts in Music Education provides the essential training, knowledge and skills necessary for a teaching career in choral, instrumental, or general music. The Bachelor of Arts in Music with emphasis in Jazz Studies provides a range of knowledge and experience in the jazz idiom, and may be preparation for graduate studies for one who wishes to teach in this area at all levels.
The college also offers a minor in Music. Students who minor in Music will have an opportunity to continue the enjoyment of and participation in Music.
