College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) - University of Cincinnati
The music education program prepares the future elementary and secondary school music teacher. From an initial core program, through the variety provided by two available specialty tracks (instrumental and choral/general), students develop functional, realistic music teaching skills. Graduates of the program are licensed by the State of Ohio to teach music pre K-12. (The Ohio license for music teaching is honored by most states with little or no additional coursework.)
