IUP Music Departament

The Department's greatest musical resource is its faculty, composed of more than thirty full-time and part-time artist-teachers. With more than 300 music students, each major has the opportunity to study with a specialist in his or her own instrument or voice and take academic course work from professional musicologists and theorists. Because of the individualized nature of study in music, the environment in Cogswell Hall is highly personalized.
