Oakland University's Department of Music

Music students at Oakland University enjoy many practical musical experiences to prepare them for a successful future. Master classes are offered throughout the year and performance opportunities are plentiful, including touring possibilities with certain performance groups. Faculty are accessible to students for private instruction and interaction. Guest artists also visit regularly, holding workshops and clinics.
