UCR Department of Music
The Department of Music at UC Riverside offers undergraduate majors leading to the B.A. in Music and the B.A. in Music and Culture, as well as an M.A. in Music with a specialization in three areas: musicology, ethnomusicology, and composition. A proposal for a Ph.D. in Music is currently making its way through the system and is expected to be in place starting fall 2007.
